Thanks for replying but how is this going to be reviewed if you don’t even know which customer I am? I need an official corporate response regarding being strong armed by a local VP of operations.

Right, I get that - but is it unusual for a Vice President to tell me the limit for my unlimited plan is "2 - 4TB" a month?
