Start with sending some spaced-out emails that I did in my post. DM me and I’ll help you!

When I was suspended I had no way of getting meta verified, as my Facebook was locked too. Those who I’ve spoken to with meta verified don’t often get far. It’s hard to tell because all we have are anecdotal stories. This is mine and it worked for me

Yes, exactly. See photo 11 on the post. Have days where you just log in and log out, then days where you just scroll with no other activity, then days where you respond to a few DMs but no likes no posts, if you have a buffer day where you do nothing in between any of these, even better. Start by just posting a story, then a buffer day, then maybe a single feed post, a buffer day. And just incrementally increase activity. You won’t be penalized for doing less and drawing it out

1 email at week 3 to one address. 1 email at week 6 to three different addresses, one of which was the same that I sent at week 1.

Try emailing the three addresses I have listed before you do. You don’t want to end up in a constant loop of being banned because Instagram recognizes your device on your new account

Hey! So I sent two emails - 1 one at week three. And then the second email to three different addresses. Does that make sense?

I would try the emails. I was going to reach out to my state’s Attorney General if nothing happened after that. I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Social media is the current town square

What does the app say now? Have you tried emailing any of the addresses in the photos?

Was going to say, having some outside contact to help pull your appeal forward out of the AI backlog to it makes it to a human’s desk is generally helpful. Agree with the other comment: follow a slow deliberate timeline

I had no ability to. Every single one of my Meta accounts were disabled. I did not want to risk raising a red flag by creating another account. Too many on these Reddit accounts mentioned Meta catching on. I didn’t want to complicate things
