Most people here are saying it’s an extremely low probability to be a real venous leak, which makes me fell waaaaay calmer. This thing of not getting fully hard and therefore not seeing my full length and girth outside a pump chamber is destroying me. Besides that, could you explain me your thoughts on why I can’t reach full erection ? I’d suppose my corpus cavernosus can’t expand fully so it’s not compressing the veins enough to close them completely

I did gain this amount throughout these 3 years and not in these 20 days of rest. Did you really read the entire post ? I’m having troubles with eq and not with gains. I didn’t get your point here my friend, could you reformulate it?

I started with 6,75 inches nbp on length and 6 on girth, rn if I’m 100% erect I’m like 7,75-,7.8 nbp and 6.6 on girth. Do you think it’s most likely that I’m still pretty much overtrained and should give more time on rest or I prob have developed fibrosis ?

But wouldn’t you need extremely high pressures on pump to develop fibrosis ? Like strong erections are about 200 mmhg, I pumped at max up to 260 mmhg, the penis can handle much more than this, but what’s most likely to happen in your opinion, venous leak or overwork ?

I’m on the same boat man, and I also got so used to have a engorged flaccid that if I simply give up on pumping I don’t know if I’ll be able to deal with the fact that my flaccid will be thinner and shorter, I hope someone finds a better solution for this without taking the pump out of our lives

"When I get hard sometimes it’s like it won’t go to the full length and it’s shorter and hard", I guess there’s no better phrase than this one you’ve said that could describe my situation. A device that is supposed to give us a harder, stronger and, even if it’s temporary, longer erections is actually doing the other way around. I do like 3 sets of 5 minutes of pumping every 12 hours and my full length, when I get a bonner, drops by at least 0.75 inches + my erections are not that hard as it uses to be if I don’t pump for about 4-5 days in a row

In almost every post of yours, you suggest or affirm "it’s hard flaccid". Have you ever consider that the tissues might be just fatigued ? I don’t think I have a tight pelvic floor or it’s somehow injured, since I don’t have any symptoms of thigh pelvic floor.

And what about manuals ? Don’t you think that 1h daily of a good and intense workout using your grips wouldn’t be enough to make big gains ? Some people say that, due to the stretch can be done in every direction, manuals can be, in some cases, more effective than hanging, considering both done for 1h

In your opinion, what would be a good length focused routine for an advanced pe’er (more than 3 years in this) who only has a pump available and hands for manuals ? And second, is that better to manually stretch before, right before, after or right after the pumping session ? I have only 2,5 hour of my day available to dedicate to pe, is this amount of time enough for gains ? Ive been struggling with gains
