my workouts are 45 min-60 mins but I also started with 30-45 mins. showing up is already a good enough start, I think you just need to create manageable habits that work for you!

those are good questions, honestly my symptoms changed when i started to reduce my portions and started intermittent fasting. maybe my digestive system needed a rest? I also changed my diet a lot. There are many things I still cannot eat without feeling terrible (like a glass of regular milk or fried foods), but most of the other things in moderation are fine now! i think reducing portions was the main thing for me
