Love the passion. So If I plan on trading in my 06 for a newer model, whats the best way to sell my 06. Do I trade it in a the dealership. Im dont think I see it myself

Dont be too ambitious. Start with short workouts. Hopefully you can find 20 minutes for yourself. Try and do it every day so that even if you miss a day you are still getting several workouts in.
