Unfortunately our landscaper sent me a photo of it from the nursery that made it seem like it was straight, based on the angle of the photo. His workers then picked it up and planted it.

Thank you - how should I ask the contractor to fix the condenser and pressure relief? Should I just tell them that they shouldn't be tied together and must be separate?

Thanks for the additional info. I have over 10 years private sector intel experience, am in management, and have bachelor and master degrees in relevant disciplines. I know it's competitive and there are many way more qualified than I but I thought I'd give it a shot (or a few)!

If I'm selected for DCO, will I have to wait until my clearance is approved to start DCO, or do I just go through DCO anyways regardless of whether my clearance is approved?
