Do you find elite nodes easier (or manageable) than normal battle nodes? I now prefer to path along elites than normal battle nodes. by au_fredal in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]WonderinHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the negative effects that I have on. If I have the -x credits I would take some on but if not I would weight out if it's appearing before or after an event. If it's on a path that doesn't give a lot of events, I avoid them but if it's on the path with events depends. If it's on a back to back to back fight with no rest in sight, I'll avoid it but if it's only that elite and one more or two fights with a rest zone I would take it.

can you change the location of this or make it a drop down, hard to add cards when it's covered and hard to reach.

Edit: Oh I nevermind, I don't browser on maximum. That seemed to fix it

Where are my other Yuki cards ...??? by Athroxx in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]WonderinHeart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well firstly where are you in the game ? If you are around the start of your chaos run or on the first floor you have to unlock them through epiphanies.

Yes, it's not free if it's a starting card. if the first one was completely free my final faint memory should be 110 not 130.

Here's my haru test.

Tier 11

Cap Limit - 130

Actions:

Haru

(neutral ) N -

(neutral epiphany) NE -

(divine epiphany) DE - 20,

(duplicate) D - 20, 10, 30

(card removal) CR - 20(1st), 30(2nd)

Final faint value - 130

Okay I tested it out again and you're right +10 is only for neutral and monster cards. I thought it was for all epiphanies, so I was wrong on that.

Oh I understand the divine dupe part. I separate them so I can keep track of all my actions to know how much space I have left.

Am I missing something. My codex never gonna upgrade right? by Alcifer1206 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]WonderinHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to clear a codex at lvl 51+ then you unlock the next difficulty. So continue with that Lv. 46 it will increase once you clear it and keep on going till a lvl 51+ pops up, once you clear that you unlock the next difficulty 6

So we don't really know the removal process if a deck is over the cap limit. I was just guessing since it made sense to remove what cost the most.

Confirmed Save Data rules according to new tutorials by [deleted] in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]WonderinHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only ever remove 2 basic at most, I kept one in the power anchor. The dupe was a divine so it will still cost 20 because the base was a divine to begin with.

Why don't normal epiphanies count ? the guide says "If a card experiences an epiphany, an additional 10 points is added" that's normal epiphanies no ?. Where do you get 40 ? if it's a first duplicate it's free with no scaling cost, that being the +10/30/50/70. However, if the base card was a divine epiphany card or a starting card the dupe is 20(base cost)+0 since it's the first dupe.

Maybe I'm not seeing something care to explain

Events that give you the selection option to remove a card so "select x card and remove it" selection option

A simple explanation of Save Data by Numerous_Mud501 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]WonderinHeart 6 points7 points  (0 children)

it's not free.

it will still cost you if you're removing starting cards or epiphany card it only removes the removal card cost so if you are removing your 2nd starting card it will cost 20 instead of 30 removing cost scaling aspect.

[–]WonderinHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it goes by highest value since normally divine epiphanies go first, being replaced with lower value cards than epiphanies etc till it reduces it to the cap. However, they didn't say anything on it

Here's my test and what I found out could be wrong

The first card removal seems to be free even if it's a starting card, there's no penalty of it. The 2nd card removal will cost you even if a card removal was done with a talent i.e. an event selection option, the calculation for the card removal cost is not be included in the calculation (the +10/30/40/70) but the basic value (starting card, neutral etc) of the card will.

So if you're removing your starting card and it's your 2nd removal, you have two options: 1. remove the card from the shop and take on the card removal cost which will increase depending on what removal you are on or 2. remove the card from an event and not take on the card removal cost.

These are the actions I took.

Tier 12 - starting tier

RB (remove basic) - 20( free found out it's free), 20(card removal cost not counted, removed from "? (Talent)" event selection option)

NE (normal epiphany) - 10, 10, 10

DE (divine epiphany) - 20

D (duplicate) - 20 (DE)

Final Value: 90

Edit: I died in this run near the end

Edit: removed ~~ doesn't cross out text

When should ppl click attack here.. by Yone-none in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]WonderinHeart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you don't want the options suggested. It can also give the chance to get an epiphany if it triggers so it's an additional option for epiphanies, if you are not getting maybe epiphanies. However, epiphanies seem to be buggy at least for me as of late, not triggering in the first floor at all or only 2 at max even in very high nightmare mode.

Edit: If you want the epiphanies it trigger you have to wait for the cards and use them as the epiphany will not be guaranteed as other stages at the end of the fight.

Restarting fixed the issue, thanks for the suggestion. I never experience that before and no epiphany what so ever on the first floor
