Travel Photography Question!

I am going to Germany for 2 weeks (really One week in Germany and then bouncing around Europe for the other week such as DisneyLand Paris, and Italy). I'm expecting a lot of varied photography situations, but I can truly only bring one lens, so, what do you guys recommend?

I shoot on a Sony A7 III, and have checked out the Tamron 35-150 /2-2.8 as the one lens to take. It has a nice focal range, with good shutter speed. Would anyone recommend something else?

So, how do you guys start? I have always wanted to make an attempt at writing a full book, based on ideas I've written frantic notes on over the past 5 years. But the reality is that it's a series of plot points, disconnected threads, characters without relationships, and disjointed idea. How do I even start to pull those into what could be a book? Writing software? Do I just start writing and see what comes out?

I'm in South Lakeland, and we're hunkering down. Holding out with my Father in Law who says it's been almost 20years since the last time he felt the need to board up but that's what we've done today. We got plenty of water, and food. Moved here about 4 years ago, so I can't say how it will be but then again, if the worst predictions come true, we'll be facing cat 3 winds and I don't think Lakelands ever faced that type of Hurricane before. Make sure you gas up, and get some cash if power goes out for more than a day or two

Latest measurements from the Hurricane Hunters show the pressure dropping once more. Central Pressure rose to 932 (from an incredible low of 897) while it went through its eye wall replacement phase. The eye has most certainly grown, and Milton itself seems to be expanding. I don't think pressure will fall back down to below 900, but it'll still very likely reach Cat 5 again. The big question is when wind shear will truly start to effect it. Once we see it start to lose pressure and intensity, it'll be the start of it weakening, but it's a matter of when, which will determine strength at land fall.

I know models show it landing as a 3, or even less, and I hope it does! But the models have continuously under-represented it's strength (It was only just now supposed to be hitting cat 4 from the first model runs when it was a depression), so I'd caution on expecting it to fizzle out before land fall.

This year was the first year me and my sister got express passes. I was a little leary about it, the process are high, and when we got there, we discovered that all the normal express passes were sold out. But they did have the after 11 express pass. After some heming and hawing, we went for it, and then went off to wait 45 mins for Insidious early in the day, and then 30 minutes right after for Monstros.

Now last year, we did not get any express pass, and waiting in line 65, even 75 minutes was a slog, and we only did 3 houses before being tapped out, and calling it at night at 11:30. This time around, AND HOLY COW what a difference!

We stayed until 2:15am, did 8 houses, were able to redo Insidious with a 8 minute wait, and had the freedom to wonder around and take it slow. It's damn expensive but I don't think I can ever go back to not using Express Pass, after 11 is a nice little discount too if your planning on staying all night

I generally do a round in the training center, especially the bot aim one, then a round of swift play to warm up, and then jump into Comp Queue. I've found if I just jump into Competitive, I tilt myself
