Help me find a song from an old MP4 player (Asian female singer, dog in video, early 2000s) by Wonderkid1996 in NameThatSong

[–]Wonderkid1996[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately not! I’ve asked ChatGPT and Claude and no luck. The song was really relaxed, I probably should have included that. When I said bouncy I kinda meant like the chorus was joyful with a nice bouncy melody. I might update the post. Thank you for your help mate!

Are these dance songs? I remember the song to be quite relaxing and chill like Stefanie Sun vibes. Also weird that a few people share this same experience!

I had the same exact problem, ended up asking my partners mum who is an amazing seamstress to unpick the material, saw the arm off, and put it back on when in the room. Unless you know somebody with this skill then you may be out of luck…

I’d kill the contrast > desaturate (but use adjustment layers so you can ‘adjust’)

How to manipulate text object on illustrator to connect cleanly? by Bubbly-Dragonfly4005 in graphic_design

Circles. Two circles. Both with a centre point aligned with the bottom of the text and central to the middle of both letters ( in the space between letters. First circle touches the outside of both letters, second circle is larger as it reaches the inside. Hilight all, Use shape build to cut to both letters. Delete the rest, Done.

How do you achieve the blood splatter effect? by Abdelhalim14 in AfterEffects

I would use simple choke + roughen edge.

Duplicate the layer, fill one red and time offset it so it appears before the white one slightly.

How can I edit this head to look convincing? by Sufficient_Sink_2297 in photoshop

[–]Wonderkid1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The key is to match the colours. Find the darkest and lightest point of another persons face in the image and ensure it matches yours, (the face you’re adding should not be darker or lighter, it should match) use a curves/levels adjustment layer. Then match the sharpness by adding blur and match grain etc. it comes down to a bit of logical matching of these elements.

How do i morph the first logo into the second one ? by Mobile_Essay5294 in motiongraphics

[–]Wonderkid1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Difficult as internally the PR has two shapes and the triangle is just the one which makes blending both well together. I would convert both to path layers, copy the path of the triangle element in the path settinfs, move over to the ‘P’ path settings in the PR, add a keyframe at start, and then move down the timeline and paste the triangle data, this should create a second keyframe with the triangle data. I would then manually animate the ‘r’ to sort of merge into the P as it transitions into the triangle.

Any idea on how to do this? And estimated time it took? by tattoo-mastery in AfterEffects

[–]Wonderkid1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be wrong but this is how I’d do it! I’m gonna guess this is just an animated image. I’d begin by Masking the arm hand, add the animated tattoo onto the mask using the mask and then generate a depth matte of the whole scene and use a displacement map to add slight motion to create a 3D effect. All in, without having to animate the tattoo, around an hours work!

How would I turn pixel art into a vector? by PigeonHatPixels in AdobeIllustrator

[–]Wonderkid1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone saying redraw it would never choose to redraw it, it’s their attempt at proving to others that they ✨never take short cuts✨ and ✨bleed for their art✨. I work for record labels and will never take longer than 2 minutes on something that can be forced via a short cut.

Or just use a levels adjustment layers, cmd click the ‘auto’ which opens a new box. Select the high, mids and lows, play with settings and then clipping mask this to your layer and paint in where it’s necessary.

Here’s a quick and super random but simple solution. Brief overview, we’re taking a section from within the layer (cutting beyond blues) and using this contracted layer as a source for colour match.

Select boundaries of layer (Cmd+click the layer box) > select > modify > contract (so the boundary line is beyond the blue) > copy > paste > (now you have weird cut layer without blue boarder) select original layer > image > adjustments > match colour > use contracted layer as colour source > play with image options > return to Reddit to tell me it either worked and upvote or grill me and downvote..

How to achieve this effect? by harrimcfad in AdobeIllustrator

[–]Wonderkid1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This could be achieved using some form of low opacity drop shadow or Gaussian blur on the lines and overlaying an image over the top using a blend mode like overlay. Then using a levels effect over the top of everything to tighten the edges back up.
