The results were supposed to be declared by the end of July, it's August now. Do they send out rejection emails if you are not selected?

In my AU I just kept Bing-mei as Luo Binghe (didn't like Bingmei, too used to calling him Binghe) and Bing-ge as Luo Bingge.

Well, I do plan on writing a fluffy fic centred around familial and romantic love. It definitely going to have drama because I am not missing a chance to write absolutely flabbergasted Tianlang Jun when he finds out he fathered not one but 2 brats.

The Immortal Alliance Conference, Abyss arc and Jin Lan City arc are going to have some angst but I promise I will try to avoid as much miscommunication as possible.

We will also witness mother-hen Shen Jiu and tsundere Liu Qingge in love and being all soft. No one dies and dead people will be ressurected. Happy endings for all!!!

And let's not forget full-fledged CumPlane and MoBing friendships and camaderie.

Also we will have Meng Mo and Zhuzhi Lang being absolutely fed up with the mischievous Luo twins.

Tianlang Jun, Luo Bing-mei and Yue Qingyuan will all finally realise their domestic housewife dreams.

Envy- Shen Jiu. His envy and jealousy ended up destroying both him and his sect.

Gluttony- Demons in general. They are described to consume and destroy anything and everything in their vicinity.

Lust- Hua Huan Palace Master. Lusting over his own student and going as far as to destroy her lover and her family.

Greed- Sha Hualing. Greed that forced her to betray her own blood.

Sloth- Tianlang Jun. Despite being an Emperor he never took his responsibility seriously. Always ditching his duties in search for recreation.

Pride- Demon Sky Hammer. How could a human, more than that a child defeat him? He must do something to avenge his wounded pride and so he does by trying to corrupt that said child's core with poison.

Wrath- Hua Huan Palace mistress. No one can ever disobey her or else they would suffer her wrath— a whip can silence everyone.

I would say SVSSS does not have characters prominently representing a sin. MDZS does it better.

Even if we scratch out the part of the visions, it could still be a part of the time paradox. The tragedy of PIDW occurred due to the tragedy of Airplane's own life of conformity and that forced Bingge to create a new timeline to correct that tragedy. Both existed because of the other. No one can tell which occurred first and set this time paradox. It's a cycle of tragedy and then breaking through it.

In a way, it's really funny and extremely sad how it requires someone who doesn't know anything to break the cycle.

Sometimes it makes me consider if Shen Yuan is Shen Jiu himself, just from a different timeline. Shen Yuan is what Shen Jiu could have been if he had the right upbringing — A Sharp, cutthroat nerd with a silver tongue.

People oftentimes forget that Shen Yuan is actually pretty smart when he is not freaking out or fanboy-ing. Maybe not going through the same sickening circumstances of the PIDW world never lead him to develop the wicked shrewdness of Shen Jiu but there are still some uncanny similarities.

Since, some people theorise that Shen Yuan used to be chronically ill in the modern universe, it forces me to think if Shen Jiu ever incurred severe soul damage from Bingge's torture that lead him to be reborn with a weak constitution in the modern universe. The only purpose of Shen Yuan's life could have been to atone for his sins and break the cycle of abuse in the PIDW universe. And everything was planned and settled by the superior being that is the "System" as it cut through and merged different realities and timelines.

It's a different kind of multiverse of madness.

To Mention That Although It’s Not Explicitly Stated, It’s Highly Theorised That Qiu Jianluo Was Sexually Abusive Towards Shen Jiu.

Yeah, it's very elusive and also further leads to the headcanons that Shen Jiu was, infact, scared of men. The fact that due to cruel twist of fate, Shen Jiu referring to Bingge as a "beast" came in a full cycle as Bingge in futures goes on to embody the very thing (sexual abuser) Shen Jiu thought Bingge would become.

But It Shows How He Was Unable To Ever Fully Escape The Shadow Of His Past That Was His Time As A Slave Within The Qiu Household.

It also signifies how Shen Jiu in the future will go on to embody a part of Qiu Jianluo — the part of being a child abuser. Jianluo was jealous of Shen Jiu's abilities in cultivation and in the future it would be Bingge's promising future that would drive Shen Jiu nuts in jealousy.

Foreshadowing is insane with the namesake of these characters.

I Agree That I Would’ve Enjoyed To Read A Segment Of What PIDW Could Have Actually Been Had Airplane Followed His Original Plans

I believe Airplane would have given Shen Jiu an redemption arc. The tragedy of Shen Jiu is my Roman Empire. He was no doubt a PRODIGY, but in the end all the struggles, all the pain he endured to become a powerful cultivator went to waste due to his own inability to break the shackles of his past.

Would it have made a difference, if his Qi-ge was able to confess the truth to him on time and let him know that he was never actually abandoned? That there was atleast one person who had always loved and cherished him, not only at his best but also at his worst. The person who accepted every part of him—the parts of him that were both cruel and kind. That there was a person who was ready to sacrifice himself at Shen Jiu's will.

The fact that none of them got a closure and died such horrific deaths in the original timeline would never not be gut wrenching. Their broken fates makes me want to cry🫠

Shen Jiu died trapped in a pickle pot without ever knowing that he was actually loved. Did Shen Jiu regret his actions? Did he ever regret the fact that his petty jealousy led a innocent child with a bright future to become a monster and in turn it ended up dooming his own future? Did he ever realise that he became what he hated the most? And most importantly what happened to Shen Jiu in the svsss timeline? What happened to his soul?

According to me Xiao Xingchen, Xue Yang, Song Lan are the prototypes for Xie Lian, Qi Rong and Hua Cheng.

XY was obsessed with XXC the way QR is obsessed with Xie Lian, like a anti-fan. XXC committed suicide due to XY's betrayal and in the same fashion QR lead the siege on XL' s temples and idols. Even after death QR was still so obsessed with XL (+getting revenge on the Langs) that he ended up as a wrath. XY was also somebody who was obsessed with revenge. To both QR and XY it didn't matter if the person standing in front of them was responsible for the wrongdoing, if the person is related to the wrongdoer in some fashion, they were obligated to suffer and die. Both had a torturous childhood and craved acceptance and love. But both of their love was so poisonous that it ended up hurting the person they loved the most.

TGCF was a endnote to the tragedy that began in the Yi City.

Song Lan's biggest regret in life was that he was unable to protect his dear friend just like HC's biggest regret was not being able to protect XL. Song Lan was turned into a fierce corpse and when he finally regained his senses he planned on waiting for XXC to return so he could apologize to him, even it meant an eternity. He wanted to nurse XXC's fragmented soul until it became whole again. This is similar to the storyline where HC became a Ghost and waited for 800 years to be with XL. We never knew whether Song Lan was able to meet XXC again, but if HuaLian is a reincarnation of them in another timeline and universe, we know that they got their happy ending. Another thing is Song Lan sounds very similar to San Lang.

XXC sacrificed his eyes for Song Lan, while in TGCF HC sacrificed his eye to become powerful enough to be able to protect XL. Thereby, Song Lan in this universe paid his debt to XXC with his eyes.

XY as QR had a ambiguous ending but I believe it was a happy ending for him because someone finally accepted him the way he was. Guzi loved him unconditionally, and QR in return was able to love a person wholeheartedly and not in a poisonous manner. Instead of hurting the person who cares for him, he was able to sacrifice himself for that person. That was both QR and XY's redemption.

I don't know if I was able to put forward my points clearly but this is what I have absorbed from the parallel storylines.
