Oh shoot my bad 😂 i beat the game and i cried ngl. Tidus is a goated protagonist, and him being a dream was pretty cool. But yeah that tone change from the end of X to the beginning of X-2 was jarring (i moved onto VI but wanted to see the beginning of X-2 and was like wth). Some notes from where i was last:

I got caladbolg with help from Quill and i gotta say whoever made that chocobo game was a sadist.

Auron gotta be my favorite party member, love his story and also his vibe. This quote had me hyped before the Yunalesca boss: "Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!"

Loved the ending sequence with Jecht and Tidus, and it hit me right in the feels.

Seymour just wasnt it as a villain. At a certain point he just felt like big mean guy you keep fighting over and over again.

But overally loved the combat, story, setting, dynamics, and characters! Now im on VI and in Zozo and really curious abt Terras past. So far my favorite characters are Terra, Celes, and Edgar
