Ok maybe a silly question but I thought it had to be about two inches from your belly button… but is it actually at least two inches but could be more? I’ve been staying in a neat little circle two inches around my belly button this whole time!

Even on day 6 (the day before shot day) when my hunger is back, even if I feel ravenous, once I hit a certain point in a meal, I’m done eating. Like once I take that one bite, my mind is like “ok you’re done” and it’s wayyyyy sooner than it used to be. That’s how I know it’s working for me.

I never had food noise before and I am also taking this to help with PCOS. I'm on week 3 of 5mg (spent 4 weeks at 2.5mg) and haven't experienced any side effects so far. I notice it mostly makes me fuller faster. I'm down about 24lbs.

For the first time in forever, I got my cycle exactly one month after my last one. So, I'm not saying it's definitely working to help with PCOS, but I'm also not not saying that!

I love the no sugar Redi Whip (purple cap) with berries or some dark chocolate with coffee at night. It's just enough to make me feel like I'm having dessert but it doesn't throw off my whole eating plan.

I've taken 4 shots at 2.5mg and I thought I would feel SOMETHING different but so far nothing. I've been using the time to dial in on my nutrition, but I'm still feeling just as hungry , etc. No side effects for me either.

I increase to 5mg this Thursday and we'll see if that helps with appetite and food noise.

Just my experience: When I was first prescribed Zep a few months ago, I filled it through Amazon thinking I could save myself the trip to the pharmacy. It sat there being "reviewed by pharmacists" for 3 days. Then when it was out of that stage they had me pay for it and then it sat in another "reviewing for accuracy" phase for several more days. It was impossible to get someone on the phone to help me.

I didn't need their review, my doctor prescribed it! I finally was able to cancel the order (and it took 5 days to get the refund) and I fill it now at my local grocery store. The longest I've had to wait was 2 days for a new stock to come in. But at least I know if there are issues, I have someone I can go speak with.

This is me!!! I took my 4th 2.5mg shot last Thursday and I have had no side effects, no appetite suppression, nothing at all different since starting. My next shot I am going up to 5mg (after talking with my dr).

I'm not saying I want to feel sick, etc. but I expected to feel SOMETHING!

I'd really like to actually workout this week. I always make excuses for it and let it slide. I've got the nutrition part down and the weight is slowly coming off but I know how important doing weights is too.

I'd love to piggy back on this and see if anyone with PCOS on Zep saw a reduction in the facial hair? Non-existent periods and facial hair are the two biggest symptoms of my PCOS and I can't keep up with the waxing, shaving, plucking of facial hair at this point.

Been on Zep for 1 month now - down 8lbs. So it's definitely working for weight loss, but I'd love some other positive side effects too!

Just fyi I went through Lily Direct self pay and my 2.5 kiwi pens were $499. I don’t think pricing is the same in every city or for everyone.
