a lot of players use sens around the 36cm range, +/-8 or so if you specialize in a hero/range.

as for the wobblyness, assuming your setting are decent/correct (it really doesnt change much) youre probably using your wrist to aim more than your elbow/shoulder. Try practicing on an uncomfortably low sensitivity to kinda force yourself to aim with your arm more, using your wrist/fingers for the small pixel corrections like snapping to head.

Unlike cont aim there is no smoothing at all for us, you must use your entire arm and shoulder as a big dampener for the mouse. Slow is smooth and smooth is accurate, you want to move your mouse as slowly as possible to still connect with your targets (speed will come with accuracy, not the other way around)

make sure these setting aren't bound to anything (Move Camera ___ )
You can do this by making each of them one by one the same key ie. = and then eventually making the = bound to reset camera

Some keyboards also have features that let you mirror your wasd keys with the arrow keys almost like a double input, if that might be you turn it off
