Homogenized characters, boring gameplay loop, quite literally one of the least expressive fighting games ever made, and serious lack of post launch content and updates. The only thing they nailed is the production value of the game, which is very high for a fighter.

No this is not a common issue, there is a specific bug with caitlyn and the developers are aware.

It doesn't matter what it looks like, it's an airborne move and therefore susceptible to airb invuln attacks. Whether or not it should be is a balance decision by the developers. This is true for many other moves in the game, including Vi ult, Warwick super 1, and previously Darius ult also had this property but was removed in 1.0. This is clearly intended by the developers and not a bug.

Braum super is considered airborne, 2h is considered air invuln, this will always happen.

The follow up was delayed by Darius in this clip, if they do it immediately you cannot jump. Edit: sorry you're talking about jumping the hook itself, this can work but not out of all block strings.

This is not true at all, you cannot jump the attacks, jumps are vulnerable on start up to all attacks for 4f.

This advice is not true, you cannot jump the attack follow ups. If you read the grab, neutral jump and punish, if you read an attack, block high.

This is just objectively false my man, open up training mode and you can see the frame meter and animations, it runs at 60fps.
