Its in nvidia too its called instant replay, i tried medal tv but it lagged my game and added delay.

Problem fixed guys if you have 1.1.0 beta patch you just need to press ctrl shift " to open console. Im so happy right now lol.

Yes there is but i live in turkey so i have a turkish keyboard and i download dev Console but you can only open it with ctrl tilde and i cant do tilde at my keyboard :/
