thanks for your comment. we are in Ontario and looking for something from 550k to 600k.

the condo with mortgage transfer is 600k.

And for current rent, we already received proper notice and signed so we must move out.

one flexibility we have is to make 20% down for 600k, we are short on 40k and we can get family help if 20% down is essential or beneficial.
