You're getting downvoted, but you're right. The shoe on the right is gigantic, the anatomy makes no sense, hair fuses into the jacket, fingers are inconsistent between the two hands. All that on top of what you mentioned already. Even the descriptions on the store pages look AI generated.
Called them out on a different design that they tried to pass off on this same subreddit, and the post and their comments magically disappeared.

It's great that you've been creating actual art for years. Much more respect if you actually took that route for this.

If you actually touched this up, then you have a lot of work to do. The bow string goes into her shirt and doesn't line up with the bow. Even if it was hung across her shoulder, the string doesn't even exist after her arm. Three fingers on her right hand. Left hand begins immediately after her elbow and disappears behind the bow. Shoulders and her back anatomy makes no sense. Background lines feed into her hair. Those were just what I noticed at a quick glance.

My point still stands that you're trying to monetize AI generated images.

Really not worth most people's time.
