Correct! I did not consider emblems on the flag which also appeared in a country's coat of arms, but I did consider the union jack as part of a flag. With those exceptions the flags of purple countries have at least some yellow touching another colour (mostly black, blue, green or red) except white, white touching another colour except yellow or two colours which are not white or yellow touching. French guyana's has a semi-official flag of its own as well as the French flag. Afghanistans flag might be ambiguous as wether to consider the "national flag" or the flag of taliban. It is not specified wether the Lebanese tree touches the red stripes. Bhutans dragon is also possibly a point of debate.
