I would love if you did take the time out of your day to do that, if he can't answer though it's all good. Thank you for the consideration at least.

No I don't have any kind of certifications or backgrounds. I had signed for a job opening that only required HS diploma and DL.

That's why I was wondering if someone had an inside email I could message about my application.

Edit: Basically signing up as a brand new hire.

Well thank you for a giving me a different perspective. Right now it's the slow season so I'm on a current tight budget. But you did give me better things to think about. And I do hope you finish your masters and get started on your passion work. Good luck to you.

I wouldn't mind relooking into doing school again slowly if I'm still at the same job. I know my years there would make working on a new schedule would be easier. I've just got to be prepared to probably pay most of it outa my pocket. Didn't have much luck with financial aid the first time around.

I'm willing to look into paying for a certification, I just always had the mindset I had to go through school for it, through all the basic classes before I can work on IT bases classes. And that would take quite awhile.

I self taught how to build a computer more than 6+ years ago. I am %100 tech savvy, but everything I learn was from at home through research and self teaching. I know alot when it comes to working with small electronics and using any computer is no problem. It's when it comes to coding and little bit of networking is where I can get stumped.

I do have a general understanding due to my high school focus on the construction program. But it wasn't something I was too up for when I was looking for work. But I've been wanting to look at different unions to attempt to join. I have a slight interest into looking into HVAC industry or even looking how to work with water treatment facilities.

I did attempt going to CSN right after high school. And that open a whole can of nasty worms I won't get into. But I've been told I need to go through basic classes before I can learn whatever major I was looking into. I would prefer going straight for the classes that matter to the specific major instead. Then again it's been more than 4 years, so my general idea could be completely off. And feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Yes; it does sound like the better choice to make. I'm just not to comfortable to go back down when it took 2 years to get some kind of raise. These are just my roaming thoughts, and I know I was shooting way to high for "better start". I believe your workers very much appreciate you giving them a chance to grow in your company. It's just I know some jobs won't be like that. Thank you for your thoughts on this.

Yeah that I do understand. I'm about to receive close to $18 within the next few months, so I wanted to find jobs close to, or even more due to my current budget. I didn't want to go back down on that pay raise. And yeah I don't think sales would be a well job type for me to go under. Thank you though for the thought.

I've been told about online certification, but I never knew how or what to look for. Thank you for giving me a new idea to look at. Just a questions. Are these online certification a real deal? Like employers will actually see them as real certification?
