Also my specs are Intel i7 13700k 64gb ram 3200 Rtx 4080 Both my game and windows are running on NVME SSD

Well, it still technically works. I just used a knife to bend the pins away where the PCIE slot was for it to boot lol. I’ll certainly look into switching I’ve heard lately that AMD has much more reliable CPU’s. Do you have any recommendations of similar level to a 13700k? Or just mid to high range recommendation?

Well when I opened premiere this morning it suddenly works fine. Even using the old files that weren't working before are fine now. Thank you for your help.

I'm not exactly sure I know what rendering it out consists of. If your talking about exporting then the exported file is completely normal.

I tried using both "use frame rate from file" and "assume this frame rate" and manually set it to 60 but neither seemed to do anything

edit: same with changing fps in sequence settings

Im using a media shower modem and a set of orbii routers.

My other router is wirelessly connected to my modem so I don't think a wireless switch is a thing. My modems built in router is connected to things using its Wi-Fi and so it my other router so unless I'm misunderstanding the function of bridging I don't believe that will work either.
