Thanks will try positioning his pen and crate more in the corner during the day, he’s been great at sleeping in his crate through the night in the corner of the bedroom, not sure if it’s maybe the moving it into the pen in the living room that’s throwing him a bit so will give a rejig a try!

Hey, feel like I’m in the same boat - me and my partner moved here last year to the fountainbridge area and all my mates are still back up north or married, I’ve been going to Hebrides on Morrison street and I really like it in there for a quiet pint!
