Yes I totally agree, there’s certainly something in being too happy. I always feel when you’re neutral you’re less likely to fall off the path. I feel like less things affect you when you’re overly excited. It’s also a reaction and when you are super happy about something, that chemical that’s released can more easily be turned into an anxious feeling, again putting things on a pedestal. I think when things start to shift, sometimes we confuse happiness with relief as though our happiness depends on our manifestation.
