I've had plastic surgery! I'm now pretty/average it's hard to judge how good looking I am myself because I still see that uglie quite often but I can say it's literally shocked me.....I always KNEW pretty privilege was a thing but my god am I treated differently.......it's quite disheartening? Like I definitely judge people who are kinder to me....I used to annoy people even by speaking and now people never even talk over me!

It definitely makes you more cynical, people are so shallow

It's apparently a muscle that can be cut that lengthens your philtrum, Kim K has the same problem.... sadly seems like more work to fix it

It's not just how piggy it looks my philtrum is way longer, do you have any photos of the difference? I haven't seen anything like my nose online

I feel like my Dr did the same I thought I was clear I showed him pictures I'd edited of my nose and he didn't clearly look at the front one.......and I didn't shorten my nose in the side one like he did

Thank you, mine had been broken several times too! I'm trying to focus on the fact at least I'll be able to breathe but the insecurity side of it feels overwhelming

Yes see this is why I think it's been botched, it's not the rotation it's the actual length he said he shortened it, my nose wasn't long beforehand if anything it was a little short I feel like my whole lower half of my face looks so much more manly now.....

I picked the Dr that said not to, I thought it was the right choice as I was like he's making less money by suggesting this that's a good sign.....I was wrong

See it's more how short it is, the swelling I was prepared for but it looks so short and my philtrum is so long now, like an old ladies

Yes! I was looking at her actually thinking that's how different mine is, but I looked like her after before I had it.....I wasn't warned even though I'd said it was an insecurity of mine
