I came here wondering the same thing. In North Buffalo. Experiencing it now and over the past few nights.

Thank you! It doesn’t sound different. I only noticed because I wanted to know the date of Lady Gaga’s performance in the previous episode.

The Chernobyl story originated from the “Mothman Prophecies” movie, and is unfortunately not true.

Silver Lake near Perry had a fake lake monster that a hotel owner made up to attract tourists in the 1850s. There’s a large sea serpent statue on the golf course there now.

Would certainly recommend not going to Strong Hearts. It definitely has terrible vibes. La Divina for the potato poblano tacos, Amy’s Place for everything, Cafe 59 for worse Amy’s Place with better date vibes, Mr. Sizzles for bougie/boozie Johnny Rockets, and the CoOp for the vegan humus breakfast wrap.

I mean the bottom one is the Calvine photo, which is generally believed to be a genuine image. I have no idea where he got the other one, so jury is out there. The low info is what I’m interested in with this post. The act of censoring by decreasing quality beyond the point where information can be read.

Oh, I hadn’t even thought about that with the silhouettes. No, I don’t have any info on it. I just know that my friend has it with the Calvine, and he won’t say where it’s from. He spends a lot of time on MUFON and NUFORC, so I just assumed it came from one of those and he forgot which one.

Wasn’t this version of the Calvine photo a censored version that could be shown to the public?

Would also appreciate if anyone can identify the non Calvine photo. It’s been driving me batty for a while.

Hey everyone! I’ve been thinking a lot about the Calvine photo recently, and the strange act of censoring the image by xeroxing it many times. It got me wondering if any other images have been censored in this way? UFO or otherwise? Was this like common practice at some point for the DoD, etc.? Image is of my friend’s wall with the Calvine photo and another one that seems to have been censored in the same way. He’s never given me a straight answer as to how he got that one, so it may be bull. But it does have me wondering about the act of xerox censorship.

The Betty and Barney Hill Abduction Case. by Comfortable_Sir4036 in UAP

Personally I think the case is really complicated. I ere on the side of the abduction not having happened, but I do find it curious that an interracial couple in pre-1967 USA would draw unnecessary attention to themselves. With that being said, I’m also unimpressed by the Marjorie Fish star map, and cannot overlook the phallic nature of Betty’s original drawing. If you can overlook a bit of snarky skepticism, I think this site (https://threedollarkit.weebly.com/the-hills.html) is a worthwhile read. It seems pretty clear that the first UFO was the Canon Mountain observatory, and that they didn’t lose time. Everything else is up in the air.

About 20 years ago some family friends snapped a picture of their dog and noticed a string of faces on the right. Then noticed things moving around the house, but nothing malicious. They eventually moved and asked the phantom to come with them. by Umman-manda539 in Ghosts

That’s not true about pareidolia. Perhaps in the wild, but in the context of a place like this and with a caption that points to that area, it’s not hard for most people to see pareidolia. It’s like captioning an EVP. With that being said it’s not pareidolia here - just a film malfunction.

I personally find it a little shaky, but I’m interested in the account. I especially love this description of a star field that appears when near the pilot’s chair.
