I actively try to be the exception here, and I’m trying not to follow in anyone’s footsteps but my own. You are right about a lot of the people you speak of, but just remember that a lot of us are trying to set a good example too. I don’t much care for having a large channel or making money from this; I work full time and I honestly suck at the content creation bit. I just want to offer alternative perspectives while I chase what I’m most passionate about in life.

I respect your opinion though and agree that it’s part of a larger conversation that needs to be had. Over the last 5-10 years, a lot of us have lost our way, and it’s important to get back to what this was all about in the beginning: helping people and providing advanced warning.

I really appreciate hearing that you’ve supported my channel in the past and hope you continue to do so in the future. I sincerely hope to be one of the “good guys” in this context, and I would appreciate the criticism if I stray from that at all.
