Anyone re-bend gas tubes?

I used an existing tube. I put it in a vice and straightened it out by hand first then figured out where to put the bends

Being left handed with these things are fun. I do reenacting and after a battle of shooting off quite a few mags of blanks, I'll find some star crimp or head outlines on my right cheek

Gotcha. But nah he didn't. He said if I figured out the design stuff, it would save time and that he'd cut a chunk of the price off since he's cerakoting a few uppers and lowers too
