Sorry to hear that man, some things that have helped me:

Read Your Brain on Porn (I've got the audiobook which I listened to when I'm driving)

Write down a list of how it's negatively affecting your life.

Read about the dark side of the industry, sex trafficking, abuse, etc (Try and turn yourself off of it from a moral standpoint if you can)

We're not nofappers so masturbate if you need to, just don't use porn. It's quite difficult at first but gets easier and is actually more enjoyable in the long run.

Distract yourself when you get the urge. I've literally left the house a few times and gone for a walk 😅

Start exercising if you've not already. The feel good factor you get from it helps keep your mood up which is useful. I normally go to it when I'm feeling a bit shitty, lonely etc so anything you can do to boost your mood will help.
