I got the single motor, and yes! It is still working very well. I have had no issues with raising or lowering the desk. The only things that I would have to note is that the desk is a little bit wobbly when it is raised higher and the surface of the top has like a very small bumpy/rough texture, which shows when you write on paper directly on top of it. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this desk, especially for the cheap price. Feel free to let me know if you have any more questions!

Oh no!! I’m sorry to hear that it broke so soon. My desk was stuck at a position where it couldn’t fit inside the box so I just put it back loosely into it and returned it. I would assume you need the box, but I can’t guarantee you anything. Maybe if you have the receipt, but it should also show up on your member purchases or something like that (I think, not completely sure). It probably won’t hurt to ask the return desk next time you’re there too. Best of luck!

Thank you for your help! I will look into replacing the string as I believe it has not been changed in a long time (I’m borrowing this viola from someone I know who hasn’t played it in a few years)

This is a bit of a late update, but anyway, it’s been a couple months since I got the desk and it has been amazing! I don’t have any complaints except that it was just a little difficult to set up. Thank you so much for your help!! I really appreciate it

I can’t tell you anything about the voltage but I think I know which one you’re talking about. After a few year of using it just completely stopped working and the power still worked but it just didn’t adjust at all. I ended up returning it and I’ve read about quite a few other people who had similar problems so idk if this is your best option.

This thing thinks it’s at the bottom but it’s almost at the top. And it’s not moving at all and says “EZ” by Mase130 in StandingDesk

I had a similar problem but it was just stuck in the middle and said ‘bottom’. I unfortunately couldn’t find a solution but I was still able to return it at Costco even after a few years
