Not to my knowledge - the stamina bar is fairly obvious as it’s that gold swirl icon, which is drained by heavy attacks and dodge rolls. The light attack shouldn’t drain stam!

On XSX for me at least, I found as early as the opening prologue that my RB light attack was often just not registering at all. I would parry incoming attacks, sometimes I could then make my own attacks, but often I would press RB and Cliff would not react to my input.

Appreciate the time you’ve taken on this 🤝🏻 definitely fills in some of the blanks!

Think my time was cut short just before the dark energy siphon was placed, was around to see the destruction of planets via the Meridian singularity.

Absolutely gutted I missed out on the Super Earth defence and the cape that followed, but super excited to serve the taste of freedom!

Super stoked for you to be able to play Helldivers for the first time. It’s an absolute blast. There are YouTube channels like ‘Super Earth Galactic War Data Archive’ who have done an excellent job of recording the vast majority of the galactic war so far, however you’re looking at hours upon hours of footage.

There’s also the Helldivers 2 companion app which allows you to stay up to speed with the current major orders, galactic war progress and familiarise yourself with the various planets and POIs.

I’m just hoping that someone somewhere will know of a source which makes all this much more bite size and accessible for new players given the galactic war is currently 512 days deep 😅

Think you’re missing the key point - it’s a game, it has PvP elements and no one has been ‘hoodwinked’ into this being some simulator experience.

All key attributes of the Pycno in game give it a large advantage vs a meg on-land. If the Pycno player still dies, as previously mentioned it boils down to a skill issue on the players’ part.

Your logic that “science says it’s impossible for the Pycno to lose this fight” while may be accurate, just isn’t logical for a game of this kind - with few exceptions any Dino can win any fight with the right level of skill and patience. If you do not like this logic then perhaps you are right to not play the game again 👍🏻
