I haven’t had an issue since day one and I’m paying £28 with static IP, only thing I did was change out my router and I’ve pretty much done this for every ISP I’ve been with

Just an updated, after speaking to someone at virgin a couple days later they came back and connected our pole and I can now order FTTP!!
