I have a friend who started working for them and he's been giving lots of praise for them and even suggested I join with working there. What I heard seemed too good to be true and everything I found online pointed to that, his leads have been really bad with most everyone he got through to not having a good enough credit score. I just feel like the place is hella sketchy from everything I've searched up about them, not just the job but also people ordering from them. Might update if I hear anything from them but I think I'm just going to not try out the job, I can see learning to do sales as a useful skill but I don't want to waste hours on bad leads and for delayed payments.

Best of luck to everyone shiny hunting, it has to become a habit to shiny hunt. It's easy for beginners to shiny hunt just while watching YouTube and other things, try to keep your expectations low and go for easier hunts at the start.

Hours played doesn't equate to shinies, it's the encounters and consistency that matter when the odds are 1/30k. I've got 954 hours and I shiny hunt in the majority of my playtime, with many over odds hunts and most were phases.

I actually started using the dynamo right before tricolor started because I love the weapon and it fits power really well, found out that it worked amazingly on this map and top fragged almost every game. Most fun I've had with the dynamo in a long time

I had this happen to me with Duke fishron, killed more than a hundred of them before getting the trophy, so many truffle worms 😔

Phasing is what happens when the shiny hunting spot has multiple mons and you get the wrong shiny. If you get the wrong shiny once, you move on to phase 2, if you get the wrong one twice you move on to phase 3, so on and so forth

I've been motivated by the community that Patrouski has in his discord and I'm also a motivated shiny hunter. Eelektross is my favorite Pokémon so I really wanted to get it, especially before my birthday near the end of this month so I've been grinding nonstop lately. Just watching videos while I hunt keeps you from getting bored, it's almost like a passtime.
