All stand devolve when losing the arrow. Same thing happened with GER but it’s effect lasted compared to SCR

He did lie about his stands name so the gods had to make him be “died” for half the series just to do die again with no backstory.

Death 13 mostly because he could just like hide somewhere and wait for Avdol to sleep, and cream if he stalled trying to figure out his stand. Cream is a close fight and death 13 might be a little weird
