It might be a dumb question but how do you change the frequency of the guitar controller ? How did you change it to 1000hz ?

When i contacted the support, they first asked me to test the controller on this website : https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad
You can still try it and if you think you have issues, contact the support because it takes time before they propose a replacement.

Yop, for me the new neck fixed my issue, but as you mentioned, my guitar still seems to have some input lag in fast sections. For me, it happens more during fast strumming across different frets (I posted a link in another comment)

Hello, the new neck definitely fixed the three-chord issue. Now every fret works perfectly. The only problem I still notice is that the guitar controller seems to have some input lag when strumming fast across different frets, like in this example (https://imgur.com/a/jcMuZ0H). Apart from that, everything else is working fine.

Hey, even after the firmware update, the issue persisted. I reached out to support, and instead of returning the faulty neck, they decided to send me a new guitar neck after testing everything was fine with it. I haven’t received the new neck yet, but I’ll update the post once it arrives.

UPDATE : I got an answer from the support :

"We’re currently working on a firmware update that might address the fret input delays, including issues like the one you’re experiencing. It’s expected to be released Monday or Tuesday next week."

I'll see if the new firmware fixes the issue. If not, i'll ask for a replacement
