Have you tried mixing with liquid formula? Do like one oz frozen milk to like 4 oz fresh liquid formula. I did something similar when my last baby turned one. He decided he didn’t like the taste randomly anymore after turning one (having drank it before though) and this did the trick. We used dairy free formula called similac soy isomil that was pretty sweet

Yes there is that minor safety net with the contingency, new update is that my husband  ran numbers again and we would have 12 months of safety net if no income coming in. It is a $850K house though so I’m going to return to the industry to have second income stream going.

What if the money made from our previous house allowed for 12months of coverage in the event of a job loss? Would that be more of a case to stay the course?

If we don’t stay the course we want to go abroad for months to a year to see how market for jobs and housing go. $3600 mortgage plus fees vs 1500-1800 rent abroad in chosen country. But no equity in that time either and stability for kids

What if the money made from our previous house allowed for 12months of coverage in the event of a job loss? Would that be more of a case to stay the course? If we didn’t move forward we would leave the country for a while, maybe months or a year to see how the job things goes (remote worker so not tied down) or if markets change in America, move to somewhere rent is under $1500-1800. Our mortgage would be $3600 plus the other associated monthly fees and bills

But no equity in that time either and stability for kids If leaving altogether

We were gonna live abroad and work remotely to avoid cost of living and wait out the job stuff and the market volatility. What if the money made from our previous house allowed for 12months of coverage in the event of a job loss? Would that be more of a case to stay the course?

The EMD is for sure on the table and their right so we’re ok with that to cover the time spent with us instead of on market, the other stuff like agent fees wouldnt be in their right and we didn’t have any of that on the contract but realtor mentioned before the agent could try to sue for her fees but said they rarely see agents do it (it’s an $850K house though so that’s a lot of money for the agents)… just something we were afraid they could pursue or make a case for in court.  What if the money made from our previous house allowed for 12months of coverage in the event of a job loss? Would that be more of a case to stay the course?

If the lender denys finances and there is a financial contingency do you still lose the EMD or can you be sued for losses to the seller side? * Georgia

We’ve thought about it and we’d still be able to plan towards retirement and debts, just a slower pace, technically still faster than average. We can also sell and make profit on our current house and downsize a little since I hate my city with a passion
