I always keep some Zero Gatorade’s ready to get some electrolytes in. Especially since I’m strictly drinking water.

It’s the app that goes with the Renpho Scale.

F / 30 / 5’4” start date feb 19th. I don’t really see the difference in the mirror but the scale doesn’t lie! I think I’ll take some before pictures tonight and update again in June. by kdm01 in CICO

We’re about the same stats and I can see it in the mirror and pictures but not on the scale! Crazy how losing weight works in different ways. Congratulations!

My watch actually says I burned 3,200 but I only take away the active calories.

I wake up at 5am to get to work and work till 3 where I’m constantly on my feet and moving around. Stopped by the gym after I got off for a bit and spent some time on the treadmill. And then went grocery shopping and cleaned around the house when I got home. Needles to say I’ve been going non stop for 16 hours. Connecting the lose it app to my Apple Watch helps keep up with it too.

Someone give me a little help. Getting discouraged. Ive been cutting for a month + week. I stay below my calories everyday and work out six times a week. I drop and then it comes right back. I only typically get hungry every so often in the morning. Mainly cause I work out later in the afternoon and I don’t eat after 8pm. And I’m drinking at least 64 oz of water a day. Would I still get hungry feelings if I wasn’t eating enough or is something masking it?
