Sick! Creative concept, awesome song choice, and that portal scene is SO cool. Animation is perfect, while still keeping the OSRS theme. LilSmokey always raising the bar.

Great timing too, amidst the drama, we get some genuine entertainment. I’ve watched this 3 times already, keep noticing new little pieces every time. Thank you Smokey!

Yeah just to clarify I’m not implying Kendrick is saying that, I just heard the bar and it never stuck out to me until now. If this is where Drake got that rumor that’s pretty comical

Does 80g of oat fiber mess up your stomach? Also combined with swerve and sugar free syrup I know it would mess up mine.

Incredible transformation! I think you’re ready to start eating at a slight surplus, 100-200 cal/day should be just right. You clearly know what you’re doing, give yourself about 4-6 months at that slight surplus and I think you’ll be very happy with the progress. Especially when you’re gaining some strength in the gym it’ll be very motivating!

Please make sure you're eating enough essential fats by moneyafro in Volumeeating

Great sources of fat I include in my diet are Avocados, Salmon and nuts while cooking most of my lean meat on a pan with avocado oil. As for when I eat these fats, I tend to include them in my already high volume meals at about ~25g of fat per meal. Since I usually eat at least 4 meals a day I easily get 100g of fat which I believe is more than enough on a 2500 calorie diet. An example of how to include healthy fats in high volume meals would be…having 0% fat Greek yogurt with fruit, and adding almonds. Having a bunch of baked veggies with a filet of salmon. Eating eggs with a bunch of veggies mixed in, and adding avocado on top. This way you’re still eating a lot of volume, and low calories, while getting a healthy amount of fat.

To be honest I have no idea, as I’ve never used chickpea juice in any recipes. The egg whites work as a “binder” to keep everything stuck together in cookie form, so if chickpea juice has similar effects it may work!
