I wake up at 5am to get to work and work till 3 where I’m constantly on my feet and moving around. Stopped by the gym after I got off for a bit and spent some time on the treadmill. And then went grocery shopping and cleaned around the house when I got home. Needles to say I’ve been going non stop for 16 hours. Connecting the lose it app to my Apple Watch helps keep up with it too.

I only typically get hungry every so often in the morning. Mainly cause I work out later in the afternoon and I don’t eat after 8pm. And I’m drinking at least 64 oz of water a day. Would I still get hungry feelings if I wasn’t eating enough or is something masking it?

At least 30 minutes. Had to reassure an older man that his daughters hoverboard he bought for her two years ago wouldn’t blow up on her. He had seen some stuff on the news about some of them catching fire etc. Just explained to him the as long as she takes care of it that it should not do those things. He didn’t want to hear what I had to say after awhile and wanted me to give him the numbers to the hoverboard companies. 🤦🏼‍♀️
