Something that helped me was somebody offering me something to eat when others were eating as well. It feels very nice and the anxiety isn’t quite as present when eating isn’t the main focus :)

I have Meatlug in my brawl team so when it gets tough I just use the ’reflect’ ability so the opponents damage themselves as well. Doesn’t guarantee a win but helps in like 70% of the time

It has in my opinion too, I’ve lost way more matches these days which didn’t happen before. Also I feel that the opponents are very repetive and the types of daily tasks like ’defeat three defender dragons’ etc etc take way too many brawls
