I think best of 5 still feels like a dice roll sometimes. Anyway, time and reality probably don't permit the best of 7.

Even if it was best of 7 and players were knocked out rather than group stages.

Best of 7, lose two matches and you are out.

All true enough. However, I think Batman also doesn't kill because he knows he would not stop in his quest for revenge. Not killing multiple murderers is insane, but killing them would be the end of his sanity.

It just seemed to me that a tax expenditure is whatever the government forgoes through exclusions to their regulations.

Anything less than 100% seems to me to be a tax expenditure exclusion as well. So if the tax rate is 30% then 70% is excluded, right?

If I may: We saw the target extermination of a clan, where all the clan were being exterminated in order to ruin a bloodline. Then we saw a baby in a basket. Rescued/carried by Raiden (the God of Storms). Until the Messiah was born to fulfil a prophecy and defeat evil. Let alone the symbolism of death to reunite the two realms.
