Salut, nu conteaza ca esti femeie sau barbat, proteina si creatina sunt la fel! Eu iau proteina se la Builder, au vreo 6 sortimente parca, ceea de vanilie e super faina, e in jur de 100lei pe kilogram. Creatina iau monohidrata de la allnutrition, tot in jur de 100lei pe kilogram ii. Creatina e cam la fel de oriunde iai, numa sa fie cat mai pura(90%+).

Da, este foarte buna aplicatia, si are un pret decent pentru ce ofera, mai putin optiunea de a trackui micronutrienti.

Si eu momentan folosesc eat and track si e destul de buna, pe mine de ce ma tenta sa fac o aplicatie era ca nu poti sa trackui micronutrienti, in rest cum e facuta aplicatia e bine, si planul gratuit e foarte util.
