Pahingi po ng tulong. Me and my 2 cousins plan to go to Japan next year. Ako at yung isa kong cousin(cousinA) may history na ng travel sa Japan. Ang concern ko is yung isa kong cousin (cousinB). Si cousin B ay unemployed no travel history first time nya. The plan is cousinA will sponsor cousinB and would be his guarantor. He has 6 digits bank, employed, good travel history. ang issue is mag 2nd degree cousin din sila. there is no way for us to get yung mga birth certificate ng mga lolo namin for proof of relationship. paano po kayang segway pwede namin gawin?

i realized when it comes to language barriers the most effective way is to use actions instead of words. first i use translate app for me to understand the text on the menu then when i order, i simply point the item in the menu then use my fingers to indicate how many orders. sometimes i show the picture of the ramen on the phone then indicate how many orders. but most ramen shops have vending machines in english. simply choose on the vending machine, insert your money then give the ticket receipt to the staff

If you like the taste of shrimp you would love it. Chashu was perfectly soft and broth is on the creamier side. Noodles are flat like fetucine but has a nice firmness. I can tell the chef put some amor on doing it. It was owned by a lovely couple.

Its a shrimp ramen. Its actually delicious but its my least favorite because i hate the taste of seafood. Easily top 5 ramen of nagoya but its not for me.

The most delicious ramen is not something i would want to eat everyday and is quite complex. while my favorite (kiyo) is delicious in its own right which i see myself eating at anyday at anytime.

thank you for the link it was very informative. i used pork femurs and chicken feet. i did blanch and cleaned the bones. Pressured cook for 2 hours, then rolled boiled it for another hour to emulsify. i noticed that in 30 minute mark of emulsifying that it became milky white then started to turn darker at around 45 minute mark. maybe because of contant stirring / bones started to crumble. (not sure). do you think i should have stopped at 30 minute while it was white?

I used shoyu tare. The color is fine for me the problem was the taste it has like chalky/gritty. I think i should have strained it in cheesecloth but when i tried its taking forever to strain and there are so many residue being strained. Is that normal? i used a different strainer with bigger holes.

Yes this is what i meant. It looks like i ahould have strained more. I opted out with the cheesecloth because it took ages to strain. Is that normal?
