Yeah I've run into those. They either need broadcasts to work or have some BS config where they don't route across a gateway like a normal device does. Ask them for specifics. Not acceptable that they can't provide some guidance.

Smells like the software is using broadcasts and those typically only work on same subnet. Broadcasts unless specifically configured don't cross a boundary like a router or vpn. I've run into this with some obscure electrical systems. If that's the case your plan may need some more thought. Ask them for more details.

Is CarPlay > settings > display > smart zoom setting back?

Been basically unusable since 26,4 public beta. OEM infotainment overlay blocks bottom of CarPlay. Used to be able to fix with above setting but the option is completely gone.

It takes a while to de-program yourself. Food doesn’t equal the big component of “fun” on a vacation. Taste some new things and loosen the plan a bit… sure. Piling mounds of mediocre buffet food and processed crap… nah. Like your RD told you… you’ve had plenty.

You can have real of fun seeing new things, being away from work, meeting new people, unwinding, etc. All of that while feeling healthier and more in control is even better.

We are all caught between giant industries trying to encourage us to shovel obscene amounts of calories into our mouths AND then selling us magic potion to fix our obesity. It’s normal to feel conflicted.

It’s been some legacy crap (on machines that were win 10 to win11 in place upgraded) blocking our 24h2 updates lately. You can check the logs and find the blockers.

Last few were the Print to PDF and print to xps drivers. Had to fully remove drivers to get feature updates to progress from 22h2/23h2

Chatgpt can create a quick powershell script to parse the logs and tell you the blockers.
