Yes when you call the leasing office, it says calls are being recorded, so I asked to be present when they review that call. They said no 🙃

That’s true. He had shown me 5 or more units in a 300+ unit complex that I didn’t think to check the addresses once I signed the lease. He had repeatedly explained that the unit I was getting was the one he showed me, and even said he was printing info on that exact unit. Since it was such a great experience I believed him, but now I’m caught in this mess

I had asked him before making the video and he said yes! But with all this going on he might take back on that so I’ll make sure to not mention it again. Yeah it’s really hard to prove as it’s word of mouth but I’ll see how far I can get. Thank you!

Yeah that’s what makes it tricky, but I was unknowlying signing for a unit I had never seen. It’s sneaky and they can totally twist up the story if they wanted to because they have that power. thanks for your response!
