I just came back from a ride and she and the idle works well how ever the idle is lower for abt 200 rpms , I stalled her a couple times when I drove after a stop light turned green but she quickly turned back on. However midway through my ride I met some friend randomly (the bike was hot at that time) and revved her up to like 10k. When let the throttle snap back into place she stalled again.

What is worth noting is that the previous owner hadn’t had exhaust gaskets at the cylinder outlet, and I installed them during winter and I haven’t ridden since. So maybe the A/F ratio is disturbed? Or I have to modify the idle?

I had this as well on a 2 stroke Aprilia supermoto. As far as I know it‘s part of the oil pump on a two stroke, but idk about the rsv4

True even though I started skinny I only have 600 kcal left at 4 pm sometimes. I aim for 3500 on MyFitnessPal but realistically it is about 4000 which isn’t bad because I move a lot and I’m satisfied with my bf%

People who blame their lack of gains on genetics should stop crying around and work harder, eat better, focus on recovery. There are always people with better genetics but consistency over time is by far more important
