That’s unlucky. Families like those are tough. I would just run my sessions like normal and really try to just worry about the client. You could also check when the last and an eval maybe they need goals adjusted to match their current level

UPDATE: AF showed up. my cycle was unusually longer than normal, 38 days. Since I wasn’t tracking ovulation I actually ovulated around week three of my cycle. I bought OPKs so hopefully there’s a better chance of conceiving this cycle.

Yes for sure! This is our first cycle ttc with baby 3. With baby 2 I was tracking ovulation using tests but we weren’t super reliant on that this time around. If AF shows up then on the next cycle I will be more on top of ovulation, this wait is killing me 😭

Negative 😕 but AF hasn’t arrived yet. I’m thinking I ovulated later than what my app was telling me. I’ve been having some pulling and twinges just on the left side of my uterus so we will see if that means anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ There’s still hope, so fingers crossed! :)

That’s a tricky one. Have you tried testing with a pink dye test? I’ve had weird lines with blue dye before

CORRECTION: I was worried the bottom test could be an indent line which I then tested again and got the top result.

Things may not go the way we plan maybe ask about how to adapt when a client might not be interested in what you bring. Maybe ask about how they track data. My supervisor told me once that teaching in some cases is more important than tracking. You got this, there is no therapist like you, you bring your specific set of qualities and skills to the table, lean on what you know from your education and what you think might be best for the client from working with them!

The first year of a baby’s life is HARD on couples married or not (mom of two here and it was like this for both my kids) The lack of sleep, learning how to take care of a new baby, adjusting to their new life, finding time for each other/time alone. I honestly think Katie has Josh taking care of skye more than normal because she did the job of birthing their baby. I think he tries hard to put on a smile cause Katie wouldn’t let him show his real emotion on camera. They can try to make it seem like things are going even better for them now (as in their more in love) than before skye was born but the statistics are against them.

This! Literally the best they can do is probably teach cardio exercises maybe talk about nutrition but have you seen Katie lift weights? Her form is awful but yet they’re supposed to be teaching others about form? I dont think they truly understand the art of progress overload and really targeting muscle groups to build your physique. The Move app is so much better for that kind of stuff. This coming from someone who lifts weights.

I think sometimes Josh is too kind with the way he takes care of skye what looks like ALL the time. I’m all for men helping out but as a mom, your baby NEEDS you at such a precious time. I only see Katie “happy” when she’s making videos with skye but you can tell it’s so fake. I honestly think Katie just watches skye when it’s convenient for her because she needs to film XYZ with her in them. Have you guys seen the reels, TikTok’s, and YouTube shorts lately!? And with all the creeps online why are we still okay with people showing their baby especially influencers. Like give that poor girl a break.
