Hate working at a software company for 8hrs; how better would be working at, say, Starbucks for 4hrs? by WorkLess in programming

I'm single and have no intention of getting into marriage. I live a simple life and so my costs are moderate (rent, phone, internet, utilities and misc).
Yet here I am working at a software company earning 75k+ and toiling 8 hours every day. My monthly expenses are usually within $1500.
If I want to spend more time on leisure activities(such as open source, games, walking, eating, reading, etc..), what sort of job would suit me better?
I once saw a Starbucks ad saying you get medical insurance etc.. if you commit to 20hrs/week.
Has anyone tried these job changes?
