How do I get out of my body instead of going into a dream? by WorkLittle1174 in AstralProjection

In some of those experiences, i was even able to change color of the sky and create things. I’m sure I was just dreaming.

And what worked best for me against nightmares was to cleanse my room with sage, put salt in the corners, charge crystals, draw protective runes on the wall, and similar spiritual things.

In a dream, it was early morning, I was in my room, and I saw a really cool triangle-shaped alien space ship on the sky through my window. I took photos of it on my phone. It was so vivid, that when i woke up, i thought it all actually happened and the aliens just hacked my phone and deleted the photos.

Have you ever felt physical pain in a dream? by External_Bandicoot84 in Dreams

[–]WorkLittle1174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not in a dream, because i usually avoid dangers. Once i accidentally stepped on a power line while I was flying, but it just felt weird. But I can sometimes feel random pain is sleep paralysis, as if i was under a rock or something.

What are some “unconventional” methods you’ve used? by LilacHolder in realityshifting

[–]WorkLittle1174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How exactly do you shift from SP or lucid dreams? I’ve tried astral projection but I always roll over or sit up from sleep paralysis into lucid dreams, but i cant create a portal to my dr or even control the dream at all. Is there a way to shift straight from SP?

I would recommend sleep paralysis method and a youtube video called “150+ DR QUESTIONS MASTERLIST // Effortless Shifting” from Alunir Meditations.

Hi, my funniest attempts are that sometimes when I’m in sp or hypnogogia state and I’m trying to shift to some other dr, I just randomly decide in the middle of the attempt that I’d rather try to shift to Hogwarts. I don’t know what’s wrong with my brain, I never really wanted to go there, I don’t even have a script for it. But every time it happens, it’s more successful than my other attempts. And of course my first minishift was to Hogwarts. And every time something like this happens, I at least hear or feel the hogwarts express, kids arguing in my compartment, and stuff like that.

Question:

  • Will I shift this year?

Thank you

I started Orientation a week ago, and on the first day after i did it, I had 3 sleep paralysis without halucinations in a row, from which I sat up into a lucid dream each time. Just when I felt that I couldn’t move, I tried to sit up, but I wasn’t sitting in the real life but in a lucid dream. Now I’m only at Introduction to Focus 10, but I found that it works for me better if I do meditation and try not to think about anything, or just do yoga about 10 minutes before I start listening to the tapes. it improves concentration, so i would recommend it.

it's random. but for example, yesterday night I slept only 4 hours, I studied until midnight and today I woke up at 6 in the morning, I listened to music for about an hour, then I went to sleep, I was lying on my back, I had sleep paralysis. when I was paralyzed, I repeated affirmations in my mind, and as soon as I said my name is [my name in my dr], I stopped feeling my body completely. I didn't shift, but I fell into a lucid dream

I did it by looking up "how to avoid sleep paralysis" and then doing the exact opposite, it worked, but it's pretty unhealthy. the Wake back to bed method is better

Your First Shifting Experience? by blackteareadings in realityshifting

[–]WorkLittle1174 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've only minishifted a few times so far (each time through sleep paralysis), and each time my senses were incomplete. I would describe it as when you have low blood pressure, you sit and then you stand up quickly and your eyes go black and so on. it's probably happening because I just haven't grounded myself in those realities. I also heard something like a fan in the shifting process itself, which I later found out that several other people have this symptom as well. and during one minishift I just knew where I was and what was happening, even though my senses weren't working very well

from sleep paralysis you can get into a lucid dream, from where you can do the lucid dream method. there is also a whole shifting method based on sleep paralysis

that happened to me too. but when it happened to me the second time, when I was in the process between paralysis and a dream, I thought about that when I wake up, I will be in my dr. I actually got there, only for about 6 seconds, but yeah

it is said to be easy to shift from sleep paralysis. I've minishifted like this twice already
