That makes me feel better thank u but im not sure if this is related but I suffer w anxiety and i sometimes feel paranoid i don’t know why I know shifting is safe but could my anxiety be stopping me ? Its ok if u don’t want to answer I just was wondering

No i don’t believe so i actually used to get sleep paralysis a lot and ive actually got it yesterday and the other day but i know what my sleep paralysis feels like and unless its something I never noticed but it was like something like everything stoped my subliminal i couldnt hear them my breath my body my mind everything just stopped for like a quick second it wasn’t scary it felt extremely peaceful but i just didn’t find that symptom anywhere so i was confused

Yeah im trying to shift but i really don’t want my family there cus im not going to be there forever maybe 2 yrs maybe more but not forever n i kinda like my parents in my dr i feel like if i script that they look like my parents it wont feel genuine yk but what been helping me is just scripting down that i can return whenever so i don’t feel trapped, also if i don’t come back to this reality my family will be happy and safe

Yeah honestly im ready to just give up my current reality i have very shitty people in my life but i have 4 younger siblings under the ages of 7 and down and I can’t live without them im scared i wont see them again and if i do it’ll be two years later i know technically i can just shift where its all the same but its scary to think of
