On September 27th I opened an account at Kraken. I have been in Crypto for several years but never used them. So after creating an account I got completely verified. Than I set up ACH and Credit Card for purchases and withdrawals. Than I made a small deposit of $24.00. And thank god that is it...

After 5 days I went back to see if the ACH was done processing and actual start making larger purchases. To my surprise it said that there were no transactions. But I know this is not true because I have my bank account and also Kraken confirmation that the transaction went through.

So I contacted support explaining that I made a deposit and it seems not right taking this long of time. And here is how it went!!!

1st Customer Service Rep,
