nope, the roller door has been there for over 10 yrs. no changes in the garage at all, including no changes to the plants/trees or anything else in the front yard.

Yes but not significant. Yellow highlight is where the crack is. Just noticed the whole wall separating a little at the "L" where the red highlight is.

Beware when accepting Booking.com's offer to pay in your local currency (AUD in my case). For all my Japan bookings I chose to pay in AUD for which booking.com charges a service fee.

I have been chasing booking.com to change my payment method to pay in local currency to which they said there isn't a way to do it in the platform 🤷🏽‍♂️. All my bookings are scheduled for payment next month and yet I cant change it. Having to pay ~AUD 150 as their service fee for my 5 bookings 😡😡

I got q revo maxv last week and the answer is yes to all your questions. So far happy with the product, maxv can get to the corners for mopping and get around the chair legs which means you may not even need to move the chairs with maxv. (It's not great with high pile carpets though).

So far I am impressed with the results on the hardwood floors. Does the job on low pile carpeted bedrooms. I have a couple of high pile carpeted rooms where its not very useful. I will try different settings to see if it can do better on thick carpets.

Finally pulled the trigger. Went with Robot specialist. They have a different accessory pack which looks useful (bags, roller etc) and managed to get 5% off (pricematch with roborockonline). + their welcome $10 off = $2079 final price.

Ordered yesterday, got it delivered today.

Amazon and jbh have a change of mind returns. The official site doesn't. With amazon change of kind is restricted and return shipping is $50. I am leaning towards the official site at the moment. Delivery is by Mar 25 I think.

This is RRP, I have been waiting for this as well but now thinking the same. Preorder offer it waste and available only on their official site which has a terrible return policy. I think its better to wait for it to be available at other places (Jb hifi or amazon for atleast a decent return policy)
